Professional profile George is a Research Associate, working on test development. He joined the ERC in July 2020 where he worked on the new online testing system for primary and post-primary schools, the Drumcondra Online Testing System (DOTS). George has also worked on the Digital Learning Framework (DLF) evaluation and the administration of PISA 2022. He previously worked as an ESL teacher in Ireland and abroad. He holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from UCC and an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from DBS.​
