Claire joined the ERC as a High Executive Officer (HEO) in 2022, overseeing the Test Department. Previously, she worked at the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY) in Learning and Development (L&D). Before her public service roles, Claire gained extensive experience in the publishing retail sector, focusing on sales, customer service, staff training, and stock control. At the ERC, her focus is on the continuous development of the department and providing an excellent customer-focused testing experience for schools.
