Sharon joined the ERC in May 2019 and will contribute to the research strand on educational disadvantage and the evaluation of the DEIS (Delivering Equality of Opportunity in Schools) programme. She has a background in randomised controlled trials and observational / cohort studies in ageing and dementia.
