Eva has been a member of staff at the Centre since 2008, and mainly works in the area of ‎educational disadvantage. She is on the evaluation team of the SSP (School Support Programme) ‎under DEIS (Delivering Equality of Opportunity in Schools). Most of her involvement has been with ‎the urban (primary) component of the evaluation, with some involvement in the post-primary ‎component. Responsibilities have included test administration, questionnaire development, data ‎analysis and literature reviewing. Eva also worked a main point of contact for schools in the ‎administration of a School Profile Questionnaire on behalf of the NCSE in 2014 as part of their ‎development of a new resource allocation model for special education needs. Eva has a B.Sc. in ‎Psychology from the University of Ulster and an M.Sc. in Evidence Based Social Intervention from ‎the University of Oxford.‎
