Eemer is a Research Fellow at the ERC, with specific responsibility for the development of our computer-based testing system. She has also led the updating and development of the new Drumcondra Reasoning Test, and has previously developed test content for National Assessments at primary level. Eemer oversees a number of international assessment studies in the Centre, including PIRLS (primary level reading) and TIMSS (primary and post-primary level mathematics and science). A member of the ERC staff since 1997, her degree and Ph.D. are from Trinity College, Dublin.
